Ricky Williams
Ricky Williams was a top NFL draft pick in the late ’90s. But after testing positive for marijuana several times, Williams decided to retire from the NFL in 2004 so that he could use marijuana without restrictions from the NFL. Williams later returned to the NFL and is currently a backup running back for the Baltimore Ravens.
