In 2008, after weeks of trying to cover up their divorce, Madonna and Guy Ritchie announced that they were parting ways — but not without some serious mud-slinging along the way. Madonna slammed Guy during some of her tour stops, calling him “emotionally retarted” and dedicating her song “Miles Away” to him. Guy would fire back at Madonna in an interview in Esquire, calling his ex-wife “retarded.” Guy recently called his marriage to Madonna a “soap opera.”
