Kills the Integrity of the Game:
Sports should be about integrity. It’s important to be gracious and humble in victory and in defeat. The NBA’s decision to veto the Chris Paul trade proved that it’s a conflicted league that does not operate off of principles. The Hornets and Houston Rockets would have received talented players in exchange for the trade. However, Stern and Gilbert reacted like 10-year-olds by taking their ball home because no one picked them to play.
