2. T.I.
After serving 10 months in an Arkansas prison, T.I. was moved to an Atlanta halfway house but quickly removed the next day and returned to federal custody after prison officials objected his travel accommodations. T.I. was finally sent back to the halfway house on Sept. 15, where he served out the remainder of his sentence and was re-released on Sept. 29.
