Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, has demolished the oceanfront mansion she bought a year ago. Nordegren planned to renovate, but decided to turn the 1932 property into a “tear down” and rebuild a state-of-the-art home for her and her two children. Two stories high with eight bathrooms and an in-ground pool, Nordegren was granted a demolition permit from Palm Beach County on Dec. 16.
