It was only a matter of time before the pressure was on to turn Cyrus into a pop star, and the first inkling that she might be ready to shed her good little girl image came with a photo shoot for Vanity Fair in which a then 15-year-old Miley posed topless (though covered up) for photographer Annie Liebowitz.
As Miley’s contract with Disney came to a close and her pop singing career entered full swing, photos and videos of Cyrus in “compromising” situations began cropping up all over the Internet, including images of her half naked, dancing on stripper poles and smoking “suspicious” substances.
