It’s far fetched, but Americans have the ability to make every citizen a millionaire. There are 350 million Americans. Instead of spending $1.5 billion on a chance to become millionaires, that money could have been used to make every citizen wealthy by giving each person $1 million. All of our problems solved until inflation hits.
