1. Now thru July 8, enjoy the free Movies in the Park at local parks throughout the city, brought to you by the Chicago Park District. For movies and locations, call 312-742-7529, or visit chicagoparkdistrict.com. All movies begin at dusk.
2. The African Caribbean International Festival of Life begins Wednesday, July 4th and lasts through Saturday at the Washington Park, 55th St and Cottage Grove Ave. Enjoy arts, reggae, vendors and more. 3. FREE Grant Park Music Festival begins Wednesday, July 4th and lasts through Saturday at the Millennium Park, Pritzker Pavilion, 205 E Randolph St (312-742-7638, grantparkmusicfestival.com). Enjoy the Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus serenade (bring a lawn chair and BYOB).
