We were treated to the Chef’s special Tasting, who started us out with sea scallop, oyster Kusshi, Spanish caviar/orange emulsion and quickly came back out with roasted cauliflower, cauliflower Puree, Australian truffles, Chicken Jus, Spanish Iberico ham with spanish olives and Manchery cheese.
