Festival Pan African Du Cinema De Ouagadougou (FESPACO)
FESPACO was founded in 1969 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, thanks to efforts of a few serious African film enthusiasts. It is a biennial festival starting the last Saturday in February every odd year.
