Mercer Consulting recently released a global report based on safety levels to help companies compensate employees fairly when placing them on assignments. It covers 221 cities ranked against New York as the base and measures them by criteria such as internal stability, crime levels, law enforcement effectiveness and the host countries’ international relations, says CNBC.com.
Tthe cities listed below are beseiged with great political instability which has hatched many forms of politically-motivated violence, uprisings and armed-revolts.
It is within this toxic atmosphere that “crime for profit” and criminal enterprises — particularly against Westerners and Americans — sprout like weeds.
