The biggest breakout star of the ratings phenomenon “Jersey Shore,” produced by MTV networks, may be the biggest reason the show has been cancelled after six über-successful seasons. The fact that the show has been in a ratings decline, coupled with the announcement of her out-of-wedlock baby, led to the decision to end the “Jersey Shore” money train. Of course, Snooki still has her spin-off show from the weekly reality series that turned her and a couple of her co-stars, particularly The Situation and Pauly D, into multimillionaire celebrities.
