Even though she is still crawling, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s 8-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter is the recipient of a pair of custom-designed booties bedazzled with Swarovski crystals.
Designed by Ruthie Davis, an international shoe designer who has worked for Reebok, UGG Australia and Tommy Hilfiger, the sneakers are a nice addition to her current head-turning shoe collection.
