What fans and pop culture watchers have suspected has turned out to be true — Chris Brown has ended his relationship with longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
Brown said, according to an exclusive statement that GossipCop.com published, that his friendship with former lover-turned-combatant-turned-friend Rihanna has muddled his relationship with Karrueche.
“I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”
Also, tmz.com is reporting that Karrueche feels betrayed by Brown. Despite his many protestations to the contrary, where Brown swore up and down that she was the only woman in his life, Karrueche had long suspected that Brown and Rihanna have had sexual relations behind his back.
