Some mouths were agape and others snickered when the reigning pop diva bought daughter Blue Ivy a pair of $800 Ruthie Davis kicks that were bedazzled with jewels — even though the tyke doesn’t even walk yet.Oh, but it gets better. This past March, Beyonce was snapped in New York carrying the then 3-month-old Blue Ivy in a fabulous faux fur baby sling. That same month, Blue Ivy was wearing $66 gold Marc Jacobs flats. And then we all saw the photos (above) of Blue Ivy accompanying her parents for a vacation in the South of France.
