The Harlequin Fantasy Bra was handset with over 2,350 white, champagne and cognac-colored diamonds in a harlequin pattern by Damiani. It features a 16-carat champagne diamond dangling from the Very Sexy Convertible bra.  It has a total carat weight of 150 carats and sells for $3 million.
