In 1991, Bushwick Bill was ready to end it all, but not the way he did it. After having an argument with his girlfriend, he tried to force her to shoot him, she refused and during the struggle over the weapon, the gun discharged, and he was shot in the face. But some good came out of the horrific ordeal: Bushwick’s trip to the hospital wound up being the album cover for the Geto Boys’ We Can’t Be Stopped album.
