Britney Spears has really bounced back and is making favorable headlines. The newest judge on “X Factor” has just purchased an 8,456-square-foot home for $8.5 million.
The five-bedroom and seven-bathroom home is located in suburban Thousand Oaks, Calif., about 15 miles from her Calabasas home, which reportedly cost her $19,000 a month.
With an estimated net worth of $32.4 million, Spears can obviously afford it. She just signed a lucrative contract with Simon Cowell and she has a nice blend of assets, including property and cash.
