Dr. John M. Rudley is the 11th president of Texas Southern University (TSU), the third largest public Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the nation. Dr. Rudley received his bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Toledo. He received his M.Ed in administration and Supervision and his Ed.D in administration from Tennessee State University. He is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Tennessee.
