Dr. Frank G. Pogue, Ph.D. is the eighth president of Grambling State University. Pogue earned a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s degree in sociology from Atlanta University, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Alabama State University.
