Karrine ‘Superhead’ Steffans skyrocketed to fame after not only sleeping with, but also exposing her sexual conquests with some of Hollywood’s leading men. Included in that list as reported by Terry Shropshire was Jay-Z, Bill Maher, Shaquille O’Neal and Ja Rule.
