Terrell Owens loses nearly $150,000 after being forced to sell Atlanta condo: Inside look

Terrell Owens’ financial troubles continue to mount. The former NFL star was forced to sell his Atlanta condo in an attempt to downsize. However, Owens took a major loss on the deal. He purchased the home in 2005 for $324,000 but sold the condo for only $180,000.
According to reports, the two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a rooftop pool, yoga studio and 24/7 concierge service.

Owens has had trouble maintaining his finances since he was cut by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010. After tearing his ACL, he never signed with an NFL in 2011 and was forced to play in a semi-pro league. However, was publicly embarrassed after being cut by the Indoor Football League team. He was signed by the Seattle Seahawks in 2012, but was cut before the season started.


Without an NFL salary, Owens fell behind in child support payments and had to sell his homes in Texas, Florida and Atlanta.
