  • Actress Jennifer Beals (of the Flashdance movie fame) turned down the opportunity to play alongside Jackson in the Thriller video, opening the way for Ola Ray, one of the most famous video vixens of all time. She quit the movie industry years later because she said she got tired of providing movie producers sexual favors just to get movie roles. She descended into depression and drug dependency before cleaning herself up.
