Nike made 1,500 pairs of the Marty McFly sneakers and one pair sold for $37,500. Considering that amount, Johnson received a good deal. He paid $8,000 for a pair from the ATC Miami sneaker boutique.
The sneakers are a replica of the sneakers Michael J. Fox wore in the film Back to the Future.
