According to RealtyTrac, more than 1.5 million homes have been foreclosed this year in the United States, and leading the pack are high-end homes. From 2007-2011, foreclosures increased 489 percent on homes worth more than $1 million, compared to a 105 percent foreclosure increase on homes worth under $1 million.
