The famed neo soul superstar popped up last year in Europe playing dates, performed some shows with Mary J. Blige, appeared in GQ, and seemed to be on the road to a full-fledged comeback. Alas, no album has surfaced as of yet. But with awards show appearances and raves from co-producer ?uestlove regarding his new material, it seems like D’angelo’s long-awaited return could be right around the corner.
