Taraji P. Henson’s hair
Did an Oscar nominated beauty show off a head full of natural hair this week? That’s the buzz on social media this morning, now that Taraji P. Henson’s posted a picture of her mane online. Henson, 42, took to Instagram this week to show off her tresses maintained by celebrity hairstylist Dante Blandshaw. Blandshaw, whose worked with the likes of Angela Simmons and Mary J. Blige, has recently received rave reviews from the The Strange Life of Benjamin Button star. “Peekaboo! This is a lot of hair Dante Blandshaw!,” wrote Henson in the below tweet with an attached picture.

The picture shows Henson looking into the camera will a head full of what appears to be natural hair. Henson has long been praised for her signature short cut that she at times hides beneath wigs and weaves.
And while some are praising Henson for showing off her natural ‘do, others are crying foul and claiming that it’s once again, another carefully crafted weave. If this is Taraji’s real hair however, she’ll join the likes of Toya Wright, Nicki Minaj and Malaysia Pargo who have all showed off pictures of their natural, lengthy locks to the masses.
