Michelle Obama’s 49th birthday
Today marks the 49th birthday of the beautiful first lady of the United States. The statuesque wife of President Obama has long been acclaimed for her fashion sense that features a mixture of high-end and low-end pieces. In September the FLOTUS received high marks for a dress designed by Tracy Reese, a black designer from Detroit. The dress featured intricate patterns and highlighted her slim figure and caused an influx of orders for its creator.
Since then we’ve seen Michelle in equally as fashionable pieces, one of which she may sport tonight during her birthday outing with the president. The White House has remained mum on how exactly the first couple will celebrate, but for Michelle’s 48th birthday, they went to Washington’s BLT Steak with 10 friends where they dined on steak, french fries, mashed potatoes, caramelized brussel sprouts with bacon and creamed spinach. A red velvet cake was later served in her honor.
