My personal favorite iPhone app. It tracks your daily food intake using a food database, containing more than two million selections, and is updated daily. Very easy to manage your daily fitness program as well with over 350 exercises. Lastly, you stay motivated with the online community: add your friends and motivate each other to lose the weight once and for all.
