Snoop Dogg: As a teenager, while he was a member of the fledgling rap group 213 with Nate Dogg and Warren G, Snoop Dogg frequently ran into trouble with the law. Snoop was allegedly a member of a gang in his hometown of Long Beach, Calif., although he stated in 1993 that he never joined one.
