Kelly Clarkson doesn’t know who Miguel is
Miguel may be going on three years as a mainstream artist, but that doesn’t mean that everyone knows the rising star’s name. When music vet Kelly Clarkson walked on stage after Miguel’s performance to accept her Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album for Stronger, she said, “Miguel, I don’t know who the hell you are, but we need to sing together. I mean, good God. That was the sexiest dancing I’ve ever seen.” It was perfect little package of shade and praise, and, luckily, the two finally met afterward backstage.
