At New York Fashion Week Fall 2013, designer outfits just wouldn’t have been complete without the perfect accessories and embellishments. This year, designers turned to nail beds for fancy flair. While some preferred subtle selections, other designers went for dagger shapes, two-toned sets, and bright neon lacquer.
