North Carolina has four former players inducted into the Hall of Fame: Larry Brown, Billy Cunningham, Bob McAdoo and James Worthy. Michael Jordan is just waiting to be eligible.
When Jordan is enshrined, he will be the ninth former Tar Heel to be enshrined in the Hall of Fame, including players and coaches. The others are Larry Brown, Ben Carnevale, Billy Cunningham, Bob McAdoo, Frank McGuire, Dean Smith, Roy Williams, and James Worthy.
