Eduardo Ravelo
Ravelo is said to be a major figure in the Barrio Azteca gang. He was indicted in 2008 in Texas on conspiracy to distribute heroin, cocaine and marijuana. He is also said to have ordered several murders. The FBI is offering $100,000 for information leading to his capture.
