No. 5: Legalize It by Peter Tosh (1976)
Too easy? Maybe. But Bob Marley’s former Wailers bandmate made a loud and proud statement on his solo debut. The album even came with a marijuana-scented sticker when it was originally released, and Tosh spends the entire album spitting out great song after great song, backed with that distinctive smoker’s voice and his trademark ‘chucka-chucka’ rhythm guitar style.
