This book is brilliantly written about Patrick Lanigan, a partner at a Mississippi law firm.  Patrick’s seemingly picture perfect career and beautiful family isn’t as glamorous on the inside.  For months Patrick suffered in silence with the untold deception that was going on within his home, while also harboring ill feelings toward the other partners at the firm for their conniving ways.  However, Patrick was very much aware of the betrayal surrounding him, and eager to administer payback.  You should never take a person’s silence as being incompetent.  It’s only so much one person can take before a plan of attack is necessary, and what an exceptionally thought out plan it was.

It took months for Patrick to plan out his revenge, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.  So he carefully plotted and followed through with a plan that would forever change the lives of both, his family and colleagues.  There was no turning back once his master plan was in effect, and for years his scheme was successful. The skill set that this man had to master his revenge was beyond comprehension.

This book will have you on the edge of your seat wondering how Patrick could survive and work his way out of the mess he was now in.  Betrayal, stolen money, death, deceit, are all a part of his past and now future.  I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this book.  It was an excellent read!
