King Bey wins again with her recent humble purchase of Cher’s $45 million Malibu manison. The 13,126-square-foot mansion has an Italian Renaissance-style including stone walls and a stamped-copper dining-room ceiling.
The Ron Wilson-designed palace comes complete with seven bedrooms, 9 baths, a theatre, a tennis court, a pool, and an adjacent guest house.
