Shenae Grimes, 23, confirmed on Twitter that she married British model Josh Beech on May 10, just outside of London, England. The “90210” star did not go with a traditional wedding.
The bride wore a black Vera Wang gown down the aisle. According to sources, the ceremony took place at a countryside Tudor manor. The bride walked down the aisle to the sound of house music instead of the usual sweet and sentimental processional music.
The unique sounding ceremony certainly is in line with what Grimes revealed about her wedding day a few months ago. “We’re just kind of taking it easy, doing it our way,” she said, “We’re very, very low-key. We just want to get married. I think the wedding part is more about family than it is about us.”
Grimes and Beech, 25, were quietly dating for several months before going public in July 2012 and by December, they announced their engagement.
