Usher has been slapped with a six-figure lawsuit by his children’s ex-nanny.
Cecelia Duncan agreed to work part time caring for the children of “The Voice” coach back in 2010. Her lawsuit claims that the part-time care quickly turned into full-time work but with the same part-time pay. The lawsuit also claims that after she complained to the pop singer, he still refused to pay her for the extra time and a year later he fired her. She is suing for wrongful termination and unpaid overtime.
According to TMZ, Usher said these claims are untrue.
