Khloe Kardashian reveals the secret to her 25 pound weight loss

It’s no secret that Khloe Kardshian has struggled with weight loss for years. Viewers watched episode after episode of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” and “Khloe and Lamar” with Khloe having tantrums about her weight insecurities.  Well those days are behind the 28-year-old reality star. Khloe has been spotted flaunting her new body. It is being reported that she has dropped 25 pounds since hosting “The X-Factor.”

Her secret? Nothing dramatic. Kardashian just decided it was time. At the time, she said, “My husband is working out four to six hours a day right now, so I work out with him. We do outside workouts and inside workouts. We’re always switching it up, so it’s fun.”


She sticks to eating fresh fruits and vegetables with small amounts of lean protein like fish and chicken.
