Charles Barkley is a retired professional basketball player and a current sports analyst on television. During his time in the league, he established himself as one of the most dominating power forwards.
His credentials are very impressive and he was awarded his own shoe by Nike. He first joined the Nike family in 1984, after signing his first contract. Nike named the campaign after Barkley’s mantra, “I am not a role model.”
In 2000, Barkley retired from the league and now enjoys a successful career with Turner Network Television (TNT) covering NBA games.
