Controversial Chicago rapper Chief Keef has found himself in handcuffs yet again.
For the third time in less than a month, the 17-year old was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing–just minutes after walking out of court for a separate speeding case. Keef, born Keith Cozart, was in court yesterday (June 17th) to face speeding charges after his BMW SUV had been stopped for doing 110 mph in a 55 mph zone. In court, Keef pleaded guilty and was ordered to serve 18 months on probation, perform 60 hours of community service and pay a $531 fine. He could have faced up to a year in prison.
“I sure hope I don’t see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail,” Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg told Keef.
After leaving court, Keef was arrested four blocks away by Chicago police, according to the Chicago Tribune. He was taken into custody and booked on Chicago’s South Side.
Keef was arrested on May 20th in Atlanta and charged with disorderly conduct after smoking marijuana in his hotel room. A week later, he was arrested for the speeding incident in Chicago.
