There nothing but gov’t pawns and pillagers of the communities

    • Derick on October 13, 2013 at 5:49 pm

And what would you know about the government or church. You don’t have the slightest idea about either. You are the pawn and with your diluted insight, you have the validity of a politician. Go to church, get saved, go out and do something more than blame everyone else for the problems that you made and maybe you might make a difference. Other than that your hate for the people of G-d will only get you into one place….Hell!

Awesome!!!!! Thank GOD for Pastors and Bishops who are after GOD’s own heart!

The author of this piece must have been on a deadline because the research behind it could not have been completed! Bishop Vashti McKenzie, Rev. Dr. Cynthia L. Hale! Not speaking negatively of who was chosen, but I know others who are more or just as powerful on a national and international level that would have been at the top of this list! What type of editor would allow this to take place?! Epic Fail.

    • Marshall on October 13, 2013 at 5:51 pm

Deadline! the only deadline is what comes out of your mouth. I will sum up my disgust by quoting you, Epic Fail. Go sit in your pew and Let God judge not who you like but who He picks.

There is some potential in this list but it falls short in that it provides no information. No one knows the criteria for why you selected these women. What are their backgrounds, religious affiliations, accomplishments, etc? You can’t assume that anyone knows who these women are by just looking at a picture of them. These women deserve a fair treatment not just a picture. I hope you’ll consider doing this list over again…

I definitely thought Dr. Cynthia Hale would have been on this list.

she’s on there. you have to view the slideshow backwards. something’s wrong with it because at first i only saw about 15 pictures but when i went backwards it showed all 50.

The actual powerful women in Christ are not shown in media and never will be for they hold themselves to God’s standard and His word, not the accailades of the world. The ones who truelly take care of THEIR homes and minister to their children.

    • Falcon on October 13, 2013 at 5:57 pm

You are so wrong. Who is to say that these women asked for this designation. Who takes a candle and hides it under a bushel. Those are the words of my Lord and Savoir jesus Christ the Righteous. If you are anointed and hide it then what power do you have if it can’t be seen or help those not in your circle. people lie you get caught up it your pride supposing yourselves to be meek and piest because you don’t make a scene but you have nothing because no ones sees your faith or lack of it to be pointed to the Father. He gave some to honor and these are being honored, stop being so hateful and fighting against the brethren and joy in G-d. That is if you be of the Fold.

The title of this article is “50 most powerful female pastors and bishops” not “the only powerful female pastors and bishops.” Yes, maybe more than a picture should have been provided, but it wasn’t. And just maybe others should have been posted and/or selected, but that is not the case either. I don’t know why these particular women were chosen but they were. Chosen by the almighty God and by the author of this article. Deadline or not these pastors and bishops are on the battle field for the Lord and I applaud them. All of them (even those not listed). We complain about folk saying woman can’t preach or teach the word of God then when someone finally gives honor to whom honor is due, you complain about who is being honored. This is their time of recognition so just be happy for them. Who knows, the person who you think should be on the list might have declined or their pic might show up in the next edition. Whatever the case may be to God be the glory for the things He has done!
