This week’s bevy of new releases is uber-artsy. Even for us.
After several weeks of mammoth releases from superstars like Jay-Z and Kanye West, things swing a little more to the indie side again. That, of course, doesn’t mean lesser music — just maybe not from the megastars you’ve grown accustomed to thus far in the summer of 2013. Nevertheless, there’s a wealth of great stuff here — including the highly anticipated return of The Polyphonic Spree.
