Lisa Jackson caused quite a stir when she accused Georgia-based Food Network chef Paula Deen of racial discrimination. Well, a judge has ruled that her claim lacked merit. However, U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore Jr. left intact the sexual discrimination claims against Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers.
