Incest victim opens up about having kids by her dad

Aziza Kibibi is now a 35-year-old beautiful married mother of six with a successful bakery business in East Orange, N.J.

Despite her happy life now, Kibibi’s childhood was no fairy tale. By the age of 8, Aziza was faced with the ultimate violation. Kibibi’s childhood was torn apart as her biological father, Ayinde, also known as Charles McGill. McGill, best known for winning an MTV Award for directing The Fugees’ “Killing Me Softly,” video began raping her.

Five years after the continuous incest, Kibibi became pregnant with her first child by her father. This was followed by four other pregnancies with one child being born with PKU, a genetic disorder of severe seizures inherited through inbreeding. That child eventually died. Aziza Avinde called himself a polygamist and a prophet and only allowed his family to pray to God but through him. His wife was brainwashed to believe that the sexual encounters were a way to treat Kibibi’s ongoing bout with eczema.

Kibibi’s nightmare ended on July 26, 2013, when Ayinde was sentenced to 50 years in prison for the life of hell he created for her. Ayide’s 50-year term will began after he serves the 40 years given for the abuse of two other sisters of  Kibibi who were also raped and impregnated by him.

While it may not make sense to most, Kibibi has forgiven him. She admits that his sentencing day was emotionally tolling but also release after the years of abuse.

“I still have compassion for him, and I felt sorry for him. He did this to himself,” she said.

Kibibi had to fight to regain custody of her children.  She is currently working on her liberal arts degree at Essex County College and dreams of one day starting a nonprofit foundation to help victims of childhood sexual abuse. She is an entrepreneur with a small baking business called Sincerely, Z in East Orange, which provides cakes for birthdays, weddings and other special occasions. She spends her spare time writing poetry that she started in her youth.

Kibibi also has a blog, unashamedanopenbook.blogspot.com/
