With a tear in our collective eyes, pride in our hearts and defiance in our souls, American citizens pledged that “never again” will the tragedy of Sept. 11, 2001, replicate itself.
Beginning with the Obama administration at the White House, Americans gave each other a collective hug on the morning of Sept. 11, 2013, a dozen years since the unimaginable tragedy brought by terrorists that damaged or destroyed the greatest symbols of American prosperity and democracy.
