Kanye West could be forced to serve time in prison. According to the Associated Press, West was charged with attempted grand theft and battery stemming from an incident that occurred in July at LAX.
After being followed by photographer Daniel Ramos, West became upset and attempted to take Ramos’ camera. Somehow, Ramos ended up on the ground.
Ramos claimed that he received injuries from the scuffle. He has hired entertainment attorney Gloria Allred and will likely sue West.
West has been involved in several incidents with the paparazzi. He smashed one photographer’s camera and told another photographer, “Never talk to me, ever!”
West will have to appear in court on Oct. 10.
