Sanaa Lathan’s 42nd birthday
A stunning Best Man Holiday actress recently blew out 42 candles on her birthday cake. Sanaa Lathan turned 42 Thursday and enjoyed a pre-party the day before with a bevy of women she calls “blacktresses.”
Lathan was joined by Gabrielle Union, Regina Hall, Nia Long, Melissa De Sousa, Garcelle Beauvais and Golden Brooks at the Vallure Vodka launch party in Beverly Hills where they sipped cocktails and noshed on bites.
“So much fun last night at my pre-bday celebration. Love my #blacktresses. #reginahall @gabunion @longdaysnl,” Lathan captioned the above photo.
Gabrielle Union later made a picture collage on Instagram of Lathan and called the actress her “hippy baby.”
“Happy birthday “Hippy Baby” @sanaalathan,” wrote Union. “We’ve had so many adventures over the years, you are THE definition of “ride or die chick”! The keeper of secrets and fears and a true friend in deed,” she captioned the photo below.
On her actual birthday Lathan enjoyed a quiet dinner with her family, including her rarely seen younger sister, Colette Lathan.
