Three dry ice bombs were found after one exploded at Los Angeles International Airport, commonly referenced as LAX on Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 near the Tom Bradley Terminal. Reporters are hopeful it’s an employee prank. Nonetheless, a bomb squad was called to the scene and has prompted an FBI probe. It’s the second day in a row this type of bomb was found at LAX.
Earlier this year, Disneyland employee, Christian Barnes, 22, was arrested and held on a $1 million bail for setting off a suspected dry ice bomb in the Toontown section of the park. Fortunately no one was hurt.
